Amazing, just go! Me and my partner had the best time here. Upon arrival from Naples it was so relieving to be so close to the hotel from Ischia's port. We felt so welcomed by Dominiquo and the rest of the team from the very first day, everyone was amazing. The beds were so comfortable and rooms were always cleaned everyday. It was our first time in Ischia and the team was more than happy to help us decide where to go and when was best, it was easy to communicate our needs regardless of us not speaking any Italian. They also had discounts available for some of the main attractions, such as Negombo spa which was perfect and sooo beautiful! Everything is so close by from the hotel, for example the Aragonese Castle, Negombo, St. Angelo are all so easy to get to as the main bus station is under 10 minutes away from the hotel which takes you all over the Island! The hotel has its own restaurant which was also soo yummy and breakfast, wow, thanks Nando and Levio! Il punto di forza è rappresentato dal personale: sono tutti gentilissimi, professionali e disponibili. Franco, il figlio del proprietario, è un signore cordiale e gentile. Maria Rosaria è una cameriera solare e simpatica, mentre Giancarlo un sommelier professionale e serio. Alla reception ci sono i tre dell'apocalisse: Fernando detto uranando, è un uragano iper attivo che fornisce agli ospiti indicazioni utilissime per visitare l'isola, Domenico detto Mimmo è un futuro ingegnere informatico preparatissimo e disponibile, anche lui dispensa informazioni sui luoghi da visitare e poi c'è Livio, un uomo timido, tranquillo e dolcissimo. Ristorante al top: consiglio la tartare di tonno, la pizza e persino la fiorentina, anche piatto non troppo tipico della zona 🤭...personale disponibile e simpatico, soprattutto il grande Nando che ti coccola con la prima colazione!
